I arrived in Japan on 12 March 2011 — just one day after the devastating earthquake and tsunami struck the northeast of the country. With my own eyes I witnessed how this resilient nation rose from the rubble, and from that moment my admiration grew stronger each day. My love for Japan deepened to the point where I decided to stay and build my future here.
With eight years of experience in real estate, I recognised the enormous potential of the market as the number of Vietnamese coming to study, live, and work in Japan continued to grow. Yet many still felt uneasy using services from local companies because of persistent language and cultural barriers. Seeing this reality, we — young people full of passion and ambition — dreamed of building a diverse ecosystem designed exclusively for the Vietnamese community in Japan, one that would become a pioneering startup banner. We are determined to become the trusted destination where Vietnamese people can use services with complete confidence, shifting consumer habits so that clients feel comfortable placing their trust — and their significant real-estate decisions — in a Vietnamese company. ESTATE PLUS was born from that conviction. But it is not limited to real estate (ESTATE); the “PLUS” (+) means the potential to expand endlessly into other fields in the near future.
Guided by our motto “Wholehearted dedication — Continuous improvement”, we do not merely want to be a consulting firm. We hope to become a lifelong companion, walking alongside every client and their family on every step of their journey in Japan.
